Hi! My name is Natalie and I’m a baking enthusiast. I currently live abroad and have been mostly cooking with a toaster oven for the last three years. Many of the recipes I use are drawn from other sites, but scaled down to be baked in an 8 inch cake pan and with the timing and temperature adjusted.

A Word on Categories

The categories of this blog are broken down by the chapter titles of my little cookbook (available for download here). They are as follows:

These are the recipes are best attempted with a full night’s sleep and an extra serving of patience. At the best of times, cooking rarely fits a predictable time table.
