Hi! My name is Natalie and I’m a baking enthusiast. I currently live abroad and have been mostly cooking with a toaster oven for the last three years. Many of the recipes I use are drawn from other sites, but scaled down to be baked in an 8 inch cake pan and with the timing and temperature adjusted.
