– a splintery rolling pin (I have to saran wrap it before using)
– ramekins
– measuring cups and spoons
– an electronic scale

– spatulas

Up to the summer of 2013, I lived in Shanghai and I had a lot of gadgets.
– blender with food processor attachment
– a shitty ice cream machine
– a shitty hand mixer
– a spring form pan
– cupcake tin
– a loaf tin
– 10 inch cake pan
– ramekins
– a scale
– strainer
– cheese cloth
– measuring cups
– pastry brushes
– a spatula
